Hello Mike,
We're in a me too business, selling consumables of very similar quality, availability and price point. Washroom supplies and packaging. Over the years we get an inspirational product to set us apart, which during its life cycle gives us a boost.  What comments do you have around standing out to our customers in this market?

Hi Mike - we have a slightly different problem to the above - we have a USP - nobody else in the country can offer the same as we can - but they can choose other alternatives which whilst not as robust as our solution, are and will continue to be acceptable for a while yet... A learning bites on encouraging a change in a prospects' direction could be useful for us and I am sure many others. One part is answering the problem that we are solving and another is the Why we might be an attractive solution....but that isn't always enough to encourage active change....Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Scott I would recommend you develop a more powerful USP suited to your market and also look into your distinct advantages that you have over your competition.
